Ripped jeans' good girl sister has surfaced.

Clean cut slits at the knees calls for onlookers double-checking to see if you purposely sliced your jeans or nah, but hey all is good. Continuing with the clean-cut momentum with the help black pointy toes, and a gray knit.

She's A Lady

Surprise, surprise... something look a little different? A little throwback from this post, I revealed my secret love for all things Madewell- especially this paisley blue dress. Slightly on the longer side, it gives a honorable mention to the return to all things ladylike business that worked the runway for fall. Another thing that is new to moi, is a drop-waist number- channeling my inner #frenchie summering down south? The ideal spin of the perfect modern day prairie dress. Oh, indeed.

I wouldn't get used to this dressing up affair, sporting ladylike duds on the regular isn't something I'm preparing to deal with after a months of sailing gear.

After all, luck be lady.

Just to clear up any confusion, these photos are from a few weeks ago. I have always been drawn to

Three Floor

dresses. They are all unique and have eye catching elements which makes them stand apart from other brands. This

dress

caught my eye because of the tweed detailing and open back. It makes a statement on its own so I kept it simple with tried and true heels. Shop more Three Floor dresses below.

Summer Leather

Bailey 44 Top // Zara Skort // Pour La Victoire Heels (old) // Clare Vivier Clutch // A.V. Max Cuff

Please tell me I'm not the only one reaallly excited for Fall! I already started buying a little bit of fall clothes, but I'm trying to make sure some of what I buy I can also wear now. For example, this Bailey 44 t-shirt. It is a simple striped tee- my fave- but it has leather panels on the sides which makes it ten times more better. I will definitely be wearing this baby into fall.

Florals + Stripes

Vince T-Shirt (old) // Zara Skirt (in store) // Urban Outfitters Blazer (last worn here) // Pour La Victoire Heels (old) // Loeffler Randall Bag // Bauble Bar Necklace // Marc by Marc Jacobs Sunglasses
// Hermes Bracelet //

As a huge fan to stripes- they are a basic in my wardrobe, I went ahead and paired them with a bolder print; florals. The most important thing about mixing prints is to keep the look cohesive and in the same color palette. For this look, it was blue. I topped my outfit with a white blazer and neutral shoes and bag. To keep it playful, I decided to wear a pink and gold statement necklace to tie the whole outfit together. Let me know, if you like to mix prints?

Spring Fling

Parker Dress (love this one) // Club Monaco Jacket // LoefflerRandall Rider Bag // Marc by Marc Jacobs Sunglasses (old) // Pour La Victoire Heels // Michael Kors watch // Essie "Flirt"

During the Spring, there is nothing I love more than to wear a silky, printed dress with a structured jacket.  This beautiful Parker dress was a Christmas present from my brother, that has been  in my closet. I love the print, it reminds me of watercolor paintings. I paired the dress with two updated classic pieces; a tweed jacket and a neutral bag. This Club Monaco jacket (which I scored on an amazing sale) is the perfect Spring outer piece. The bright color is super wearable and you can also layer the jacket during the colder months.

I have been coveting LoefflerRandall purses!  I have been saving my pennies for the Rider bag and last week I went ahead and splurged on it! Seriously, I'm in love! It's the ideal size and the neutral color works all year round. Hope you all have had a good weekend!
