Snakeskin Slits

Wearing: Evil Twin pantsUrban Outfitters sweater (last worn here), Pour La Victoire heels (old, similar here), Hermes bracelet (check out the Real Real!), Chanel bag

Ripped jeans' good girl sister has surfaced.

Clean cut slits at the knees calls for onlookers double-checking to see if you purposely sliced your jeans or nah, but hey all is good. Continuing with the clean-cut momentum with the help black pointy toes, and a gray knit.

Dressed Down

Wearing: Mango pants (similar, similar), Ralph Lauren sweater (old, Equipment option-on sale!), Dolce Vita heels, Chanel bag, Hermes bracelet

Of course I love a nice fancy-shmancy party dress, or a killerLBD - my #1- but for the more causal holiday parties, a statement pant and some cashmere will become your savior. The holiday season is the perfect chance to be a little risky when it comes to dressing. My advice, dress down to make a statement but make sure you still have some statement piece. Got that?

And for a change, I am choosing heels over flats... shocked? Surprisingly these don't kill your feet after a night of dancing- test-runned by yours truly. So shimmy shimmy, party hardy this month!

Psst.. its Cyber Monday!

Rarely do I find a maxi dress that I love, but I am making an exception for this Calypso St.Barth number. Anytime I'm in a Calypso store, I always see their beautiful maxi dresses but I'm not gutsy enough to purchase one myself. I received this dress as a Christmas present and I'm so happy that I was able to wear it in St.Barth a few days later. The sea inspired colors are my favorite and the print gives of an easy but eclectic vibe. I paired it with my beloved Vince shoes which have gotten their fair share of wear and tear. Anytime I come back to St.Barth, I tend to rack up a stack of bracelets. I wear them to threads but they always remind me of my adventures on my favorite island. Tonight is New Year's Eve and I'm so excited for this evening's festivities. Here is to the last post of 2013. Thank you for following along with me. XO

Cobalt

Asos dress // Urban Outfitters blazer // Shoemint shoes (old) // a.v. Max cuff // Asha by Adm ring
// Bauble Bar rings // Hermes bracelet

Happy Thursday everyone! This week has been too busy- I am longing for the weekend. I have some parties on my calender this Fall and was looking for a simple and colorful dress and I found this one from Asos. These dresses never seem to fail me. The dress also came in green and orange, but cobalt blue is one of my favorite colors- I tend to wear it a lot. I kept the dress the main focus with gold accessories and simple hair but it would look equally as good with a statement necklace and topknot.

Blue Beetles

Tory Burch sweater // Zara skirt (old) // Topshop tank (similar) // Tory Burch heels // Celine bag // Hermes bangles // Sequin Bangle c/o

I was in the Tory Burch Greenwich boutique a few days ago to shop their Labor Day sale and came across this amazing printed sweater. It has beetles on it! To be honest, it was love at first sight for me. I don't think the sweater is necessarily my style, but mixing it up is always good! Be sure to check out the entire Tory Burch fall collection- it's one of her best! Shop some of my other favorites below. Thank you for stopping by! xxx

Summertime Haze

Asos Sweater // Joie Jeans // Dolce Vita Sandals // Sequin Bangles c/o // Hermes Bangle

If you have been following along for awhile, you would know how much I love beaches during the Fall/Winter and when they are hazy and cloudy. I was in Rhode Island this week to bring my brother back to Brown for school and for a quick weekend getaway- another post on that later! The colder weather we had in RI made me very excited for fall. I love this sweater from Asos- the light pink keeps it sweet but the cutout detailing in the back adds an unexpected twist. *excuse the crazy hair- it was windy.
