Denim Dos

Morning folks. Rise & shine.

What better way to kickstart the week with round two of the denim three-way than with this classic combination? To avoid boring your brains out with another stripes and denim pair up, heels literally and figuratively elevate the look and a random ribbon brings something sweet to the borrowed from the boys vibe. Whilst my stripes are overdone and overwear to an unbearable amount, those vertical ones never seem to be as, ya know, average. Complex, stripes, right.

Side note, I don't condone wearing ribbon in your hair as it will precede to fall out in a flat minute... trust me, it's annoying as hell. The two lessons here: forgo the ribbon and when in doubt, throw a shirtdress- sans a few buttons-  over denim and hit the pavement. Oh, and those elevating heels are optional. Take it from the girl who tripped twice in the span of oh, I don't know, ten seconds. Not needed.

Shirtdress: Maje (under $70 option), Jeans: Reformation x 501 Levis,

Heels: Alice & Olivia (identical under $100 version), Bag: Angela Roi, Ring: Asha by Adm

Another day, another transitional outfit. I hate to sound like every single person in the Northern Hemisphere, but I'm completely and utterly done with Summer.

Thus, I hope this outfit provides somewhat of inspiration on how to dress for fall sans heat stroke.

Mission Shirtdress

Wearing: The Reformation shirtdress, Superga sneakers, Necklace from Brooklyn flea market, Asha by ADM ringAsos ring, Hermes bracelets,

I can openly admit I neglect dresses way too often. I know, I know, they are an outfit in one and all that jazz, but the only dress that I (generally) prefer over my go to separates... the shirtdress.

Please take a moment today and consider the sheer genius and wonder of the shirtdress. It rakes in the cool factor of the boy-meets-girl, the allure of the borrowed from the boyfriend (boyfriend not needed, btw), whilst still looking polished. The versatility of it is something to touch upon as well. When worn with sneaks and smartly cinched, it works for city-wear. But, let if fly open in the wind with a little 'kini underneath the next time you find yourself on the sand or lounging by the pool

I suggest stocking up on a few of these easy breezy numbers.

For all of those out there, who shudder at the idea of a dress, consider this leading lady. Plus, it's much easier to find that a guy (who has good shirts, might I add).

Serafina Garden

Wearing: Roberta Roller Rabbit tunic c/o (more of a dress version here), Levis shorts (underneath), Vans sneakers, Bauble Bar earrings, Asos ring, Asha by ADM ring c/o

Despite being in the midst of an absurdly busy schedule of what I like to call triple-S (sailing, study, sleep), I couldn't wait to share this exciting collaboration with Roberta Roller Rabbit.

RRR has been a prominent figure in my wadrobe since my adolescence, as their pieces are some of the only prints that I loved when I was little, and now as well. As you can presume, that says a lot considering solids are more than 90% of my closet.

Shot in Central Park on a gloomy morning, the Serafina tunic can be taken from the beach (paired with good 'old Birks) to the city with denim. Because what's the number one rule about denim? *raise your hand* ... it goes with everythhannggg. But really, number one fan.

I bet you were surprised to see me in something other than my usual girl-meet-boy style. My minimalism/norm-core (hold up, is that still a thing?) takes a back seat during the summer as my inner hippie child reveals itself through some more prints and laid-back items.  I was over the moon with this tunic from the playful fringe to the tassel ties.  I can guarantee, I've never been more okay with dancing around in Central Park whilst people stared. Oh and because I'm still a sneaker head at heart, vans keep a beachy look at bay.

Keep yours eye peeled on this space for more with RRR. Happy Memorial Day weekend to all my Americans. Peace, love, patriotism, as I like to put it.
