Down 4 Dogpound

If you follow me on the 'gram, then you are very aware of where I am at 11 am on Sundays. Looking at the huge logo in the photos about, I would say it's blatantly obivous. Ah, yes, Dogpound. I have spent my weekends trekking- not really trekking, but I love a good hyperbole- into the city to punch it out. When Monday morning rolls around, I am sore as hell. Does it hurt? Yes. But is it worth it? Oh yeah.

I cannot recommend Dogpound (or boxing in general) enough. You'll finish your workout sweaty, tired, but feeling pretty badass. After my first time at Dogpound, I was instantly addicted to the overwhelming positive enegery in the gym. If you didn't know any better, you'd think that a gym that trains models, olympic athletes, and some of the fittest people I've seen, might feel quite intimidating. Trust me- I always practice what I preach- the second you walk in the door that will all change.
